About Natalie!

Natalie Pietig (or Nat!) is an actor, singer, and all-around creative who loves bringing honest stories to life. She is originally from the Twin Cities of Minnesota, however she moved to Chicago when she was 18 years old to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University (Go Lakers!).

Her passion for performing began at 7 years old when she was cast as a Munchkin in The Wizard of Oz, and the rest is history! Natalie made her professional debut in Annie (her favorite childhood musical) at The Children’s Theatre Company in 2021. That experience changed her life and helped Nat determine that theater would be her life-long passion. In 2023, she was named “Minnesota’s top Triple Threat” by Hennepin Arts and Spotlight Education where she won a fully-paid-for trip to New York City. In NYC she trained with industry professionals and saw her first Broadway show(s)! She will forever be thankful for that experience. It was…incredible. 

Natalie is drawn to characters that are honest, truthful, and perhaps a little quirky. She is eager and dedicated to any role she plays, and loves bringing a "glass half full" positive mindset to a rehearsal room. 

Outside of theater, Nat loves spending time with her family, friends, and sweet dog Mayzie. Together, they visit their cabin, relax on the beautiful lakes of Minnesota, and celebrate family traditions. She would be nowhere without the people she loves!
